Initiate Your Request
Log into your iHerb+ account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items in their initial packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
